Jean Mandois was the first wine maker in his family, and he began to produce wine in 1905 in Pierry. Today the cave is entrusted to Claude Mandois, who takes care of the 35 hectares of family’s vineyards. Moreover, every year the cave produces about 400 000 bottles of Champagne wines: however, the purpose of this winery is to reach quality through a careful selection of grapes.
